ABOUT US |
The sovereignty and kingship of Jesus Christ must be brought into every dimension of society so that the world may be called out of darkness into His marvelous light (Phil. 2.9-11; Heb. 12:2; 1 Pet. 2.9).
The story of the Bible contains the words of life inspired by God which instruct, govern, and nurture followers of Jesus Christ spiritually and in practical everyday life (Ps. 119.105; John 6.66-69; 2 Tim. 3.16-17).
All apprentices of Jesus Christ are commanded to love the Lord with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength; out of the overflow of this is love for one's neighbor, whether that neighbor be within the Body of Christ or on the street (Deut. 6:4-5; Mark 12:30; Luke 10:25-37).
Disciples of Jesus Christ are formed by Holy Baptism, Scripture, Eucharist, prayer, and ongoing catechetical instruction for life following the examples of countless Christians for two thousand years (Rom. 6:4-5; 1 Cor. 11:24-29; 1 Thess. 5:16-18; Col. 4:2).
Believers are to participate with the Holy Spirit to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a broken and hurting world in order that more people come to live under the reign of God (Matt. 28:18-20, Luke 24:47-49, John 20:19-23, Acts 1:7-8).
